Our PCO section have organised meetings of all types and sizes, from small symposiums to major international congresses drawing several thousand delegates.
Norwegian Promotion Group, hereafter called NPG can offer you all these services.

Because every event is unique, we offer modular services to tailor your conference to your exact specifications.

To ensure that your event is a complete success, we begin by providing your organising committee with a series of tried and tested documents that will ensure that you start as you plan to finish:

• A critical path (A month by month list of everything that has to be done) including advice as to whether that task is the responsibility of the organising committee, Norwegian Promotion Group, or a combination of both

• A provisional budget and cash flow. All the financial aspects of both income and expenditure in one concise set of documents, for full review and approval by the organising committee

• A complete set of job descriptions, detailing the main committee portfolios, how they interrelate with those tasks carried out by NPG and the full extent of those portfolios, in order that the most appropriate committee member can be selected for each portfolio

• Meet all transportation and accommodation requests from delegates

• An impressive opening or closing ceremony can make an impression that stays with your delegates long after the actual event. Ceremonies and functions are an essential part of the overall conference programme and we can help you ensure that they produce maximum impact. We select the most appropriate event, function or ceremony, also partner and sports programmes.

• Choosing the right accommodation is as important as any other aspect of a conference. We will arrange accommodation for all attendees, from delegates and partners to speakers, VIP's, exhibitors and sponsors. We will also provide a suitable range of accommodation to suit all pockets and budgets. 
Our prominent position in the marketplace allows us to negotiate special conference rates for all attendees. These rates will be published in the promotional material and delegates will be able to reserve their requirements online - all part of our comprehensive service.

• Rental/hire of all Audio Visual and technical equipment needed

• We will appoint a senior event manager/project leader to your organising committee.

• We are placing a project leader of our staff to work with you, we are able to guide you through each intricate step of the process. This person will attend most if not all of the planning meetings and appropriate sub-committee meetings and produce and distribute action notes of those meetings.

• NPG will oversee the administration and implementation of virtually every aspect of the conference or event. This will provide you with more time for the planning and implementation of the conference business or scientific programme and speakers.

Website Solutions

NPG can offer flexible website solutions for all sorts of events. Using our own Content Management software we can build your own site with a personalised URL or add your event information and registration options to our existing website.
• NPG will ensure that content changes and information is continually kept up to date with the latest information as it relates to your event.
• Accommodation needs can be catered for regarding all specific events and congresses - for all delegates, partners, exhibitors, suppliers and visitors.
