Generelle hotellbetingelser

Rates:

Rates is per room per night and includes breakfast. The rates includes TAX.

Rooms:

Check-in is from 15.00 pm. Checkout varies from 10.00 – 12.00 pm on different hotels. Other options have to be arranged with the hotel in advance.

Cancellation:

Cancellation is approved, provided that written notice is sent to NPG att: Eva Stein, within four weeks. In case of late cancellation the company/person will be charged 100% for their reservation.

Payment:

The order/company is fully liable for extra meals, minibar and other orders to the hotel during the stay. This will be paid by the participant at the checkout.

Invoice:

If invoice is selected for the accommodation the invoice will be sent from NPG and have to be paid before arrival.

VAT/Tax:

The prize is awarded on the basis of the existing Norwegian law. The hotel and NPG reserves the right to price adjustment if the Norwegian law is changed.
